We recommend exercise wear that allows a full range of motion - biking shorts, capri leggings, etc .
Cancellations/Schedule Changes
We require a 24 hour notification for cancellations and schedule changes. Kindly respect this policy as it affects other students and the schedule of the instructor.
Cancellations without proper notice are subject to the full price of the session.
